"Take my advice. Hire Sandy Baker. Here's why: In the spring of 2022 I began researching and interviewing realtors to sell my home. Sandy was the first person I talked to. After our initial conversation, Sandy did market research, set up an online meeting (I was out of town) and provided good advice about price point and what I needed to do to get the house ready to hit the market at the right time for a dollar top-dollar sale. Sandy didn't rush that meeting and answered all of my extensive questions. I was impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism, but because I'm distrustful of realtors I continued researching real estate companies and started work on refurbishing the house. During this process, Sandy continued to occasionally check in with me. She didn't push, but provided advice on how the real estate market was progressing and nudged me forward in getting my house on the market. "A storm blew a tree down, filled the yard, and damaged part of the neighbor's fence. Again I was out of town, but Sandy had been stopping by to check on the house and discovered the issue. She called me immediately and had the resources to fix the problem. She communicated with the neighbor, the contractor, and the buyer's agent and made sure that the sale was on. Then, a week before closing, a leak sprung in the dishwasher line. Again, Sandy had stopped by the house to check on things and again found the issue. The water had damaged the downstairs kitchen, living room, and dining room. Many of the kitchen cabinets, the floor, and part of the walls in the living room and dining room needed repair. The damage was extensive."

He needed somewhere to live. The holidays were coming with all the associated work and communication delays. Legal aids were rude and threw molasses into the process. I had trip planned and would be out of the country. The repair process was lengthy and required communication with contractors, the insurance company, and with the buyer's real estate agent. Time constraints made the process more stressful."
